Bardzo miła obsługa, doskonała lokalizacja w samym centrum miejscowości

Muzyka nad oknem do prawie 23:00, zamykanie okien nic nie dawało niestety. Poza tym to pierwszy hotel w historii, który nie serwuje jajecznicy, dzieci były zawiedzione. Poza tym wszystko w porządku.

"Hezký hotel přímo v centru"

Do hotelu jezdíme pravidelně již několik let. Je to hezký, historický hotel přímo v centru Špindlerova Mlýna - všechno na dosah - turistické trasy, restaurace, obchody.... Parkování na hotelovém parkovišti přímo před hotelem (bohužel zpoplatněné). Hezký interiér, poměrně prostorné pokoje. Hezká snídaně - čerstvě připravovaná vajíčka (omelety, míchaná... dle přání), párky, uzeniny, zelenina, jogurty. Poměrně široký výběr všeho. Restaurace je útulná a vždycky je dost místa i v době největšího náporu. Celkově určitě dobrý hotel za velice rozumnou cenu a hlavně na dobrém místě.

Hotel by už snesl rekonstrukci - všechny podlahy v hotelu vrzají, zašupovací dveře se špatně zavírají... V hotelu nejsou výtahy (pro nás není problém, ale někomu to může působit problémy). Pečivo na snídani by mohlo být lepší (působí jak včerejší). Jinak ale celkově velice příjemný hotel za rozumnou cenu na perfektním místě.
