The room was dirty, the bathroom faucet didn't work. The smell of vape was awful. Dirt all over the floor, stains on the counter. The breakfast in the morning was abysmal. Door sign said the front desk opened at 630am. We left at 645 and intended to tell them about the faucet and all the rolling door was still closed.

This is one of the best hotels out there. The location is great, the staff is wonderful and the prices are very reasonable. I really love this hotel, truly one of the best.

The remodeling is making the rooms book up way too fast and l do understand that they need to do this, it's just that it really sucks not being able to book like l use to.

The breakfast was boring because it was the same everyday. My toilet bowl was so stained it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. My shower curtain was hung up backwards. Sometimes there was no water. My shower faucet dripped all the time. Lots of banging noise coming through the walls. The elevator was out of order so everyone had to carry their luggage up and down the stairs. The front personnel were away the majority of the time I would walk out or come in. The only time I saw someone there was when I was getting breakfast at 6:00 am and when I checked in.

there was some sort of heavy fragrance cleaner used on floors that wasn’t dried yet. We checked in at 6 PM so wonder if it was sloppy housekeeping or something else to remain wet for so long. only 2 plastic cups in room, 2 soaps, and a shampoo. there was more at front desk but you have to ask.

Amazing staff and GM property is very clean and organized easy to navigate through but the elevator is broken so pack light but they do have a cart for if you are on first floor and have lots of luggage

Nothing it’s perfect

every room have a kitchenette; the elevator worked, shower drained-toilet flushed, and the room is spacious. Able to receive cooking utensils, and have a smoking area outside with dog walk area.

Elevator did not work/carried 5 bags up and down 3 flights of dtairs/room smelt like dog urine/light in did not work/went to bathroom in dark/a/c barely worked/seems like the 1st floor is all section 8 housing/a real dump/pictures on web site do not reflect reality/absolutely don't reccomend this place/HORRIBLE
