That there was something instead of nothing

The pictures on Booking.com gave an illusion that portrayed the room to be something it was not. The staff was incredibly rude, inconsiderate, and inconvenient towards me and my wife. I booked the room in my name, and when my keys stopped working suddenly, I went to the front desk to get it replaced, and he hassled me for id was in the room, even though I gave him all of the correct names and information he asked for. Also, the lady in the morning was incredibly rude and inconsiderate when it came to checking in. I will never return to this Sonesta hotel

Staff was friendly and maid did a good job cleaning the room.

Air conditioning unit did not keep bedroom cool as it is an outdated system and needs to be replaced. Also all the glasses in the room were wine glasses, not dutch oven for pasta but strainer was in room so not sure what happened to it. Limited items for cooking.

I really like the fridge & kitchen in the suites. The price was great & location was perfect for me.

The outrageous sum of $200 for the deposit at check in. Not enough charging ports USB & otherwise in the room. Also, lose the CD playing clock radio in the room.
