Breakfast was good Staff was nice and friendly Service is good

Toilet issue, it needs to be renovated - flush was not working, i have to fill water so i can use the flush - shower room water drainage was clogged and water floods out every time i take a shower

I would rate the staff excellent primarily because each one of them had been very helpful and very cheerful. Each one is very open to assistance no matter of the time of the day.

The bathroom had a foul smell . It seems it was coming from the sewer drain. It needs improvement. But the bed and the room was comfortable..
