"Would definitely stay at your property again"

Even though when we arrived, we were told the hotel was overbooked. But the staff was able to accommodate us with 2 adjoining rooms with King beds, which was even better for us!

Breakfast should be open until 10am

"Everything was good except the non working elevator"

The room was good. Breakfast was also good. Staff was very nice

The elevator was broken. We had to take our luggage down from the third floor.

The room was fine.

The room was fine, the water from the tap smelled and tasted awfull. We have bad water in Santa Barbara and this Redding Motel had us beat by a mile. The breakfast was ok, fairly bland but I would say somewhat normal. The breakfast at our Holiday Inn Salina's experience the breakfast was a bit better "the sausage had more taste for whatever reason." Redding had only one rickety old cart for all guests to bring luggage up. It had a hand written paper taped on asking to please bring it back down for other guests? That seems an easy fix.
