"Did not stay. Clerk said it was ok she understood. And said I would not get charge for canceling"

Not able to stay

We where checking in encounter a discussion with another client that they stole his cloths . It was lady's checking in there where alot of homeless people out side hotel. Sorry did not feel safe around that area.

"Rude Receptionist"

The staff who checked me in unhelpful, unprofessional, he has 0 acknowledge of customer service and needs at least 6 months of training in addition so rude with hotel customers, I appreciate the help of the day manager when I submit my complaint in the morning .

"Quiet and clean room at a reasonable price"

Room was clean and decently furnished. Nice free breakfast. Comfortable beds and linens. Good room price and availability during NASCAR.

Facility lacks an elevator and they had only 2nd floor rooms available. I suggest reserving a couple 1st floor rooms for disabled persons. The room had no microwave. The TV shut off every 2 hours automatically. The room was musty when we first got there, but aired out after a few hours.
