The breakfast was horrible and extremely limited

The location was very good and there was no road noise at all! Very desirable location

The room that I was initially booked into had a very stubborn entry door. It was so hard to open and close the door! I thought that I had been given the wrong key despite the door entry light was green! I had to push hard with my shoulder to get it open, making a loud noise from the friction between the door and the door frame. Once inside the room, it was turning out to be another fight to close the door. At that point, I decided to go back to the front desk and report this to the desk clerk and request a room change. I stepped outside the room and closing the door required so much pulling force that when it did close, it was so loud that the party in the next room came out of their room to see what the loud banging noise was. At the desk, I was given another room. Upon returning to the old room, another fight to open the door. I moved my things from that room, closed the door, again with much effort, then into the new room, the new room door worked fine. It is surprising that the cleaning staff didn't tell the desk clerk that the door was extremely hard to open and take it off the list of available rooms until it was fixed. The breakfast was skimpy with only very limited amounts of food available. At several times something would run out and no one available to take care of that. Then someone would come to take care of the issue, not once but several times during the time I was at breakfast. The desk clerk was missing for at least 20 to 30 minutes during check out time as they had other chores to do. The location was great for what I was doing in Bristol Cn. but my experience at this location was very disappointing.

The price wasn’t bad for a one-night stay

Hallway carpet dirty and stained. Bed literally caved in in the middle. Drapes had stains and timy holes in them.

The only positives were that there was always hot water, coffee available all the time, and the hotel is dog-friendly. Friendly staff!

I honestly did not enjoy staying there at all. The carpet in the hallway was very dirty, and the fridge in the room was extremely noisy and dirty inside. Under the bathroom sink there was black mold, which was very concerning. What bothered me the most, though, was the overall environment. There were random people staying there, and it felt more like a run-down motel than a hotel. I didn’t feel comfortable. Breakfast was very basic and a bit strange, not what I expected. I would not stay there again.
