First off when I went in to check in it to the staff member almost a whole 45 minutes to realize that we was waiting and only then did she realize that we was there was because I’m husband started knocking on all the employee only doors and just to find out she was asleep the whole time honestly so unprofessional also For the price that we payed it should at least be clean. There was dirty socks under the bed and dirt in the floor a dead roach in the refrigerator all in all will never stay at this hotel again. Also stated there was breakfast let me clear breakfast was old coffee and muffins, also for the price this was just sad.

As gavetas dos armários têm cheiro de mofo O chuveiro tem fios de água, sai pouca água. O elevador é sujo, cheio de cabelos . O café acaba antes da hora e não repõem

Le personnel était moindrement à l’écoute. J’avais réservé une chambre avec 2 lits , c’était pas possible. Et le déjeuner était médiocre.

The location was good, and the staff were helpful, especially one gentleman who worked at the front desk.

We stayed at this hotel for 8 nights, and our room was only cleaned on the seventh day. If we needed clean towels or a change of bed linens, we had to bring everything down to the lobby ourselves in order to exchange them. Additionally, the hotel does not collect trash from the rooms for seven consecutive days. Since we were four guests, a significant amount of trash accumulated, and we had to tie up the garbage bags and take them down to the lobby for disposal. Many guests who did not want to go downstairs ended up leaving their trash bags in the hallway, which made the hotel look completely disorganized. Another extremely unpleasant issue was the constant bad smell in the hallways. It was a very strong and indescribable odor. I noticed that the hotel tried to reduce it with an automatic fragrance system, but even so, the smell remained terrible. In conclusion, due to all these inconveniences, I have no intention of staying at this hotel again, and I would not recommend it to anyone. Caso precisássemos de toalhas limpas ou troca de roupa de cama, éramos obrigados a levar tudo até o hall para solicitar a substituição. Além disso, o hotel não recolhe o lixo dos quartos por sete dias consecutivos. Como estávamos em quatro pessoas, acumulava-se uma quantidade significativa de lixo, obrigando-nos a amarrar sacos e descer com eles até o hall para descarte. Muitos hóspedes, ao não quererem descer, acabavam deixando os sacos de lixo pelos corredores, o que gerava uma aparência de total desorganização. Outro ponto extremamente desagradável foi o odor constante nos corredores. Era um cheiro muito forte e difícil de descrever. Percebi que o hotel tentava amenizar o problema com um sistema automático de fragrâncias, mas, mesmo assim, o cheiro permanecia insuportável. Enfim, diante de todos esses transtornos, não pretendo retornar ao hotel.
