Great location. Friendly staff.

I like the location. It was close to the places I intended to go to.

1. The room did not smell fresh and clean. 2. There were only 2 towels for 6 people. When i asked for more towels, the staff said he can only give two more. I waited til morning to have two more towels. 3. The floor was dirty. 4. We were not given an extra blanket. 5. A guy came for pest control although we didn't ask for it. The worst was everyone was still asleep so no one responded to him knocking at the door, he opened the door without our permission. 6. I told the frontdesk staff about what happened and he was talking to me in his high-pitched tone of voice saying they have no idea when the pest control guy would come 🥴.... like seriously????? 7. The staff blamed me for not responding to the man who was knocking that's why the guy opened it on his own. I found it ridiculous because the pest control guy should be aware which rooms are and are not occupied and which rooms requested for the pest control.
