Convenient location and ample parking.

Property throughout did not feel or smell clean. The front desk staff was disinterested in providing a good guest service experience. I typically like Sonesta properties. This one did not appear to keep up to their standard.

The room was very comfortable and perfect for the type of stay that I had. Having laundry service available was very handy. However, the parking lot had a lot of garbage in it, and the lobby itself was very small and not very welcoming. But the room was perfect for my needs.

Get Customer Service

Nice room, staff a bit aggressive. All guests should be treated like guests, not everyone is living there and knows hotel rules. Needed new towels, upon request was asked wheere are dirty towels. After returning to front desk, was then asked to bring towels 2 doors down.

I’ve stayed here multiple times over the past year and am still pleased with service and cleanliness. However as of late there has been a decline in the atmosphere of the hotel. There has in my view been a decline in patronage screening which has added to drug users hanging around.
