Cardozo Hotel South Beach

The worst experience trying to get my deposit back. If you want to get sleep the party doesn’t end in the bar downstairs until the next day! I wonder if anyone else has experienced this I would love to know!!!

Location is great, interior is updated, and the stuff was extremely accommodating! They offer you a glass of chilled wine the minute you walk in! We had a real lovely time there!

We stayed at this hotel for 12 nights during our Miami vacation. The breakfast was very good – varied and tasty – and overall we were satisfied with that. The rooms were clean, though the air conditioning units were extremely noisy, which could be disturbing at times. On our final day, however, we faced a disappointing situation. We kindly asked for just a 1–2 hour late check-out, mentioning that we had a long international flight ahead. Despite having stayed for nearly two weeks and not being able to enjoy the beach in the last rainy days, our request was firmly declined by the receptionist, Indhyra. The strict refusal felt far from the flexible, guest-oriented service we expected. After such a long stay, a small gesture of consideration would have made a big difference. Unfortunately, the lack of understanding on our last day overshadowed what was otherwise a pleasant holiday experience.

Comfortable room and friendly staff. Nice hotel with beach amenities and bikes.

Overall it was a great place to stay. The room was clean and the location was perfect. My only complaint is that there was not a single microwave on the property.
