"Great room!"

The best hotel we’ve been in for a while in this class. HUGE room with a kitchenette and desk area, two queen beds, a separate bathroom sink area from toilet and shower! I would definitely stay in a Springhill Suites again!

I flushed the toilet and water overflowed . Front desk gave us a plunger and towels to clean up ! Thank God my husband can do anything in construction ! Owner said he’d reimburse us but never did !

Everything was good like the breakfast & lobby was clean. I used they gym & it was a nice size. I stayed on the first floor. Anytime I stay at a hotel I love to be on the first floor. When I got the first room, the tv wasn't working. I had to be moved to another room. In addition, sometimes the heater will stay on but then it stops. It doesn't stay on longer like the air conditioner or the fan. Everything was working. The sink & the counter was short & I'm tall. I had to bend down a few times to use the sink. I took a shower & the soap dish holder next to the bathtub could've been cleaned better. there were a few stain spots that were there.

"Overall good but watch the charges"

It had nice spacious rooms that were clean and the staff was outstanding

The rooms were a bit dated, especially the bathroom. The Hotel charged me for the room, even though I had already paid in advance through Booking.com. Now I’ll have to fight for a refund and I hate that. When I was checking in, I was told they would only charge a $25 deposit for incidentals but now I see my bill I was charged for the room, tax, and something else

"Exceptional"

My wife and I stopped for a one night stay on our way back home. Check in was very easy. There was a market where I was able to buy some advil for my wife as she had a headache. Everything was very clean. Bed was comfortable. My only complaint is that the ac was very loud. We set it to low fan which was more quiet but didn’t cool the room like we wanted. Other than that, we had a wonderful experience. Definitely recommend. Staff was very nice and helpful.

The room was spacious except if you folded the hide a bed out, it blocked walking between the two rooms. The hide a bed mattress was poor. Nice breakfast. Convenient to freeway and lots of shopping and dining near. Toilet seat loose. Staff very courteous.

"Overnight in Alpharetta "

Service was great and helped quickly with issues. However the hotel was not clean from the carpets and the room we were given initially was full of bugs. Carpet was also extremely dirty in the hallway. Comfortable beds and good service people…. Cleanliness would definitely raise the stars on this hotel

"Exceptional"

This is the third time I have stayed at this property and it is absolutely wonderful. The staff are warm and engaging and very, very helpful. When I return to Atlanta, I shall stay there again.
