Angie is RUDE and should not be in hospitality. Hospitality requires a person with people skills she has none! No heat in the room and she followed us around as though we were about to steal something. Just go somewhere else for your own sake!!! The room was full of MOLD

Lady at front desk was real nice and helpful when I checked in for my room. Love the location. Really close to restaurants, stores, and the shopping mall.Room was spacious and clean.

This hotel is my go-to when I'm in the area. While dated, it's clean and the kitchenettes are nice to have available. Just be aware that they no longer provide kitchen sets, you would have to pay for them. Angie at the front desk was extremely helpful and explained the new policies about this and the new room deposit. She was very pleasant and I hope she'll be here next time I visit.

"A great stay."

The front desk person was incredibly friendly and welcoming, not at all like so many people who seemed annoyed at me checking in at other hotels I've been to. She did a fantastic job of starting my stay off on the best foot.

My toilet was a little wonky in the flushing at times, but it always worked eventually. Otherwise, I have nothing to complain about.
