Everyone was respectful and nice at the hotel

Very easy check in and no issues

The property needs updating in general, especially the furniture. I checked in and immediately checked out after I looked behind the refrigerator and saw live roaches.

Clear room floor was quiet d

No frills accommodations. The full kitchen was useful and the bed was comfortable but two of the three lamps did not have working bulbs and the carpet was filthy, blackening the soles of my feet after mere moments walking on it. The hotel does not offer food or beverage amenities, not even a place to get a hot cup of coffee or water to make tea. It was very quiet and the view of the green woods in the back was a nice surprise.

The staff was friendly and helpful when I checked in.

Not enough staff to clean rooms on a weekly base. You can only get your room cleaned bi-weekly. You pay too much to wash/dry your cloths. We should get a discount on washing because we are paying $500 or more for the room weekly. Clean bed linen cost $2.50 when you bring the linen down to have them washed. I think that the house keeping person should bring clean linen to your room after she cleans the room. Didn't see a staff on the weekend. The brochure said the TV was a 32 inch but I beg the differ. It was a 22 inch. Just my opinion
