There were holes in the walls of room. Cigarette burn marks everywhere. A leak near the sink that had the floor wet.

Location, price point

Bathtub needed to be replaced or refinished just looked bad it was smoking room but no ash trays. Probably why there were cigarette butts behind night stand.
