Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Raleigh Wake Forest

Everything was ok.

Upon arrival I checked in up front at the desk. I proceeded to my room number and was surprised to see another guest already staying in the room. I went back to the front desk where the front desk staff was very rude and unapologetic. He huffed his breath in frustration. I was nothing but kind and was understanding.

Wasn’t able to check in and had to relocate to a Hilton. Not a good experience, at 1am in the morning.

Location Beds are very comfortable. Breakfast meets the needs of most people

Hotel is clean and the staff was friendly. The hotel is within a few minutes of various restaurants and stores by cars. You can even walk for food in less than ten minutes. There is a Walgreens right across the street. They have a free breakfast with a variety of options.

Hotel and room were very nice. Hotel is in a good location and many things close by.

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was super comfy.

I have been staying at this hotel for the last 4 months with my job. Unfortunately, this is my last week. I have had the pleasure of meeting an individual named Maurice. He works the graveyard shift but is always smiling, visible , and welcoming. You do not find this type of customer service today. I go for early morning walks and this gentleman has coffee ready by 4 am and offers me a water when I return from my walk. I sincerely hope that the management team realizes that he is a gem. I will recommend this hotel because of Maurice.
