My friend accidentally left something in the room when we checked out, and the staff is mailing it back to them. Excellent customer service, and we're so grateful for the help!

room we originally booked was filthy and covered in some dried substance that looked like phlegm or spit on the carpets, kitchen floor, mirror, table and chair. We complained and the staff was apologetic and accommodating, and moved us into an upgraded room in a different suite. There were some stains etc that they warned us about but it was fine for the two night stay we were there for. But that said, general House keeping could use some work. The front desk staff made it right and they’re worth the stay.

I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the truly exceptional experience I had and been having during my stay at your hotel from April 2025 through current from the moment I arrived, they made me feel incredibly welcome by your friendly and efficient staff. The level of service provided by your team is outstanding; Theresa - Gen Mgr, Will - Asst GM, Samantha, Rebecca, and Jose GSR’s as well as the rest of the staff always go above and beyond to assist me with my requests and made my stay even more enjoyable, most importantly, extremely safe. The room I have been in was not only spacious and comfortable, but also immaculatey clean. Providing a perfect relaxing environment for my stay. I also appreciated the quality of the amenities provided, mini kitchen, which has a full size refrigerator, two ceramic burner, kitchen sink as well as cabinet space, especially the comfortable mattress, it is a mini apartment. Even though it is temporary, it feels like home. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was peaceful and calming, offering a refreshing escape in the lobby. I also wanted to mention that they’re very pet friendly. Here they’ve made my dog very welcome and safe. She knows the entire staff and they are so good to her, not only do I spoil her, but they spoil her rotten..lol. She also became like one of the staff members. She not only greets she also watches people when they come in. Not to mention, I celebrated her 3rd Birthday party in the lobby on September 2. It was memorable and unbelievable how everybody including the staff joined in and celebrated with her. It took my heart, it was amazing. I also want to say congratulations to Omar being the new staff member as an Assist Gen Mgr on this team. He’s amazing. He’s only been here a couple weeks and also goes above and beyond, not only with the guests but with his staff as well, and that speaks volume and says a lot. I would not hesitate to recommend extended stay to my friends and family, and eager, anticipate the opportunity to return for another wonderful day in the future. Smelled like cigarette smoke, after telling front desk. Nothing was done.

I was there for business trip room was clean front desk they are friendly and nice they have kitchen you can you cook dinner breakfast

First time in 40 years of traveling at hotel, would not be able to hold a room for a late arrival after midnight. Made a reservation to stay here after a sporting event. Called several times to let them know we would be late, and when we arrived, we were told the system auto-cancels and nothing they could do. The front desk person was unable to get back into the system to even try. Felt bad for the family that was there trying to get in as well. Sometimes the best deals end up being the worst deals, and since this hotel does not care about any customer service, just find a place that does.
