"Nice stay in the Chicago suburbs."

We loved the king room! Very roomy and comfortable. Had a fridge and microwave. Nice location, plenty of restaurants around. Also, pet friendly, awsome! Breakfast was very nice. Good assortment to choose from. Someone always there to help.

They made us leave another $100.00 cash deposit on check in. Wasn't informed of that. Got it back after they checked our room before we checked out. Very strange

Una manager que es demasiado prepotente se puso a gritarme como loca cuando trate de preguntar porque me habian echo un cargo extra si ya habia yo pagado mi estancia y el fee de mi perro Y tambien todo el tiempo desde que llegamos estaba un sr hay sentado cuidando a todo el mundo, al otro dia bajamos a desayunar y el sr seguía hay cuidando a cada persona para ver cuanta comida se servía uno

"Deposit charged and didn't return in timely manner"

Clean room, nice facilities, pleasant staff.

They charge a 100 deposit which was more than the room itself. When the deposit was returned it was told to me that it would be 1 to 2 days its been 3 going on 4. Highly unacceptable.

Dated. Burned out light bulbs in bathroom. Bathroom door didn’t stay open. Needs to have same size mattresses. Painting needed.
