Disappointing Stay at a Previously Enjoyed Hotel I’ve stayed at this hotel before and had a great experience, which makes this recent stay all the more disappointing. Upon entering my room, I was immediately met with an unpleasant odor. It only got worse from there. There were short, curly hairs on the bathroom sink and inside the tub (clearly not mine, as I have a low fade), and long hairs hanging from the shower curtain. The refrigerator smelled strongly of mold, and the kitchen area was unclean, with a stove that appeared grimy and neglected. The curtains had noticeable stains that were highly inappropriate and off-putting. When I brought these issues to the attention of hotel staff, I was told they couldn’t move me to a new room and wouldn’t be sending housekeeping to address the situation. Instead, I was offered a refund. Unfortunately, due to the late hour, there were no nearby hotels with availability, so I had no choice but to stay the night in these conditions. This could have been avoided with a basic level of cleanliness and customer care. Had they simply cleaned the bathroom or made a minimal effort to resolve my concerns, I wouldn’t have felt the need to write this review. WONT SPEND MY MONEY HERE AGAIN.

Checking in things seemed fine. The next morning found no hot water, no hairdryer. The kitchenette was not equipped with anything, not even coffee pot. Did not recieve the touted grab n go breakfast. Other guests reported biting ants in their bed and just a trickle for water pressure.

Property was not safe. Property was not willing to help you. Couldn't check in had to sit in car until contact third-party to make them check us in. No remote for tv. Door to outside broken and had easy access from anyone. When mentioned to front desk, seemed to be unconcerned.
