O atendimento foi cordial e prestativo, sendo esse o único ponto positivamente relevante. A localização, por sua vez, considero adequada em função do objetivo da minha viagem, que era visitar meu filho.

Dois pontos principais me desagradaram — e, inclusive, considerei inaceitáveis: Política de limpeza dos quartos: a limpeza ocorre apenas a cada 14 dias, exclusivamente às terças e quintas. Fiz o check-in no dia 21 (sábado) e permaneci por 19 dias; o 14º dia caiu em uma sexta-feira. Ainda assim, informaram que não realizariam a limpeza na terça-feira (dia 7), pois minha saída seria dois dias depois. A única limpeza realizada foi na segunda semana, mediante pagamento de 10 dólares. Mesmo assim, considerei o padrão de limpeza bastante insatisfatório. Isolamento acústico do quarto: extremamente deficiente. Durante a noite, era possível ouvir claramente os movimentos do ocupante da unidade superior, o que prejudicou significativamente a qualidade do sono — especialmente considerando que o período de férias deveria ser destinado ao descanso.
