The guy at the front desk was tired I guess, because his tone and demeanor was a bit off. But a good thank you left the sour moment sweetened by the minute.

Breakfast sandwich was not good. Nice that they had apples and bread. The front desk staff, Louisa, was friendly and accommodating.
