"It was not what I expected I was very disappointed if you state that you serve breakfast do that but if there is a grab"

The area it was in

False advertising they stated that it had breakfast and it was a grab and go if I had known that I would have chosen something different!! I arrived a little early at 2:30pm and check- in was at 3pm and was told that they were short staffed and nothing was no where near available. Did not check- in until after 6pm after a 12 hour drive! I purchased a room with 2Queen beds and they were full size beds!! Very disappointed!

Room and cleanliness were on point.

breakfast was a disappointment - just coffee with creamers an 3 types of muffins missed the usual hotel spreads with fruits, waffles and cereals.

"Very nice. This is our second time coming here for a week. Will always make this our get-away spot."

Very nice staff, quiet hallways, close to mall, stores and dining areas, had things readily available when asked such as toaster, chopping board, more towels, someone was always cleaning in the hallways daily.

It was okay overall. Once issue was that we went down to exchange our towels for new ones at about 10pm, and the front desk said we couldn't do it until the morning. That was inconvienent as we understood that we could get new towels from 7am to 11pm.
