Close to where I needed to be, always friendly staff, clean and comfortable

Check in personal not very friendly, Then, when checked out next morning, I asked question about bed size, and that person also not friendly like I was a bother to them !! I have stayed at your hotel alot and this was not the service we usually received !!!

Service And I was suppose to have 2 queen beds ,but the beds did not seem queen size that is what I was asking at check out that seemed to irritate the worker she said was queen but I'm not feeling they were !

The beds were very comfortable. The morning front desk staff was very nice, and very helpful.

This property was filthy! The base around the bed was yellowed and stained, there were two forks in one of the dresser drawers that had been used and left behind, there was hair hanging from the handle in the shower (I used toilet paper to grab it and it came off easily), there were stains on the wall and the room hadn’t been vacuumed. On top of all of that, their system “shut down” when I was paying, and they wouldn’t give me keys until I swiped my card again. It came out of my account twice, and were told, “it does that a lot.” We were also told that it wasn’t a charge, but just a hold. It was returned to our account, but it took overnight and all day for it to return. The front desk night staff member was rude, and seemed annoyed when I showed her that it came out twice. The morning staff member was much better. The breakfast food was meh at best. The eggs were lukewarm and rubbery, the bacon was too thin and very salty. Their waffles were the best part.
