Comfort Suites Vincennes

The breakfast was mediocre. The attendant worked very hard to keep supplies at optimum level, but the quality of food seemed less than expected; you might need a better supplier. The bed was heaven Vincennes is not a big town, so location was good

It appeared that this site has been in the process of updating, and the crews were hurried or just inattentive. Caulking was rushed, incomplete or missing. Let's put it this way: Walk in the bathroom, and it looked nice. Bright, shiny, new, clean and attractive. BUT allow your eyes to view the floor and that destroyed any attraction. The floor appeared not dirty, but dingy. Base boards were missing. In their place looked moldy/dirty. Pay some attention to your yard care. The yard was anything but attractive. No grass - just weeds

Booked a 2 queen room and when entering room found 1 bed and a couch bed. Asked front desk if I could have what I booked and she said no. This is what the computer shows so this is what you have to have. (Thats false) as the customer and having 3 people I know I didnt want that person on a couch. Also she trued 0% to accomodate just noway out of luck. Also 100% these are no queen beds thats a huge lie. These are full size beds meant for children. Ot grown adults.

Having a clean, comfortable stay. Loved the breakfast and the pool. We love staying at the Comfort Suites 😁

We loved the pool but the pool room was freezing 🥶 also there needs to be a second washer and dryer for guest laundry. It's super inconvenient only having one washer and one dryer.

My TV wouldn't come on and I call downstairs and they never returned my call

Only issue had was room temperature never would get cold. Had it set on 60 degrees felt like 80 in there. But other than that it was great!
