Our room had multiple stains in the bedding . We had 2 rooms with 2 queen beds each. All had multiple blood and pee stains . The doors also do not latch and kept opening on their own thru out the night

The hotel was disgusting! We have pictures of mold in the hottub, debri floating in the bottom of the pool, there was bedbugs, when we lifted the bed up it looks like the housekeepers swept everything under there, there was what looked like crap on the sheets. When talking to the front desk he seemed to know the hotel was gross

"Don't do it"

The room was absolutely horrible, let's lust all that was wrong with it and why me and my girlfriend left after only 45 mins and found a different hotel: 1 the lobby was oddly sticky 2 as we got into the room there was a brown streak stain on the lamp shade Rose petals behind the bed so obviously someone enjoyed their time there however it wasn't us. 3 the bed was so hard we made drum beats on it 4 they did try to upgrade us however the rooms were outdated and wasn't much better they then refused to give the info that our 3rd party site requested for a refund and trying their customer service was absolutely a nightmare we did get our security deposit back however since we paid cash for that thankfully but overall do not I repeat DO NOT STAY THERE oh on a side note me and my girlfriend's backs were oddly itchy after only being there for once again 45 mins

Worth the price but you have to make a security deposit which you don’t have to do with other hotels I have experience. I have one bad experience with a different hotel where they don’t give back the deposit. They said I will have to wait for 5-7 days to return the deposit. I wish they should have informed that giving cash deposit would be a better option coz I used my credit card for the deposit. Overall, i would say it’s good if you have a car coz it’s not convenient for transportation coz you have to take an uber all the time to downtown.

"Clean rooms "

Room and bathroom were clean. My room had a few ladybugs, but they didn’t bother us at all. Overall happy with the stay.
