Extended Stay America Suites - Cincinnati - Covington

The price was nice. The bathroom had NO toilet paper in the room at all. My husband had to go get it from downstairs! We were WITHOUT A TV for 2 and a half days!! The one Caucasian lady at the front was helpful. We will expect to be compensated.

Everything was clean. Only thing not impressed about was the digital TV channels that kept freezing and distorted

I didn't stay. They would not honor my booking. Had to get another hotel.

Horrible no internet, no tv service, no extra pillows or blankets, and don’t wait on the elevator it’s pointless and takes forever. Front desk workers had to wait 15 for someone to show up to check in and not friendly

Property & room were in excellent condition, BUT cable TV was not working. We were unable to relax and catch up on things without TV!!

The place is pretty run down and the rooms and carpet had a strong cigarette odor. When we initially checked in the receptionist sent me to a room that was not even cleaned/prepared so I had to go and wait to get sent somewhere else. We found also roaches in our bathroom and one crawled on the desk where our belongings were. When I initially reported the roach the same evening I checked in, they said they could not move me. Then the next day the receptionist asked if we would be out of the hotel for a long time because she said they would spray our room with our belongings still inside which I refused because I didn’t know what they were going to do inside with all of our belongings. Then the receptionist omitted information and said if we had checked out in the morning we would have gotten our money back. She only said she had no rooms and couldn’t do anything about it. Then she had the nerve to sneak up to our room as we were trying to hand in our keys and say “she didn’t see anything in the room”. Now I am having issues getting my money back for the incidental charge. Thankfully I was able to find a room at the Marriot next door. Very shady place don't waste your money or your time.

The breakfast was not what I expected.It was said to be a grab and go but the stuff was behind the main desk which nobody told us. We weren’t aware that we had to ask for it.

My biggest complaint is how dirty the floors were in our room. Especially the carpet.

Absolutely terrible. Had a roach, no AC whatsoever. Never offered to fix our lack of AC or offer any type of compensation. Won’t stay here again.
