Nice ,quiet room. Clean. Nice work space.very comfortable.

My schedule wouldn't let me stay longer.

Good breakfast. Good pillows.

Chair was filthy. I killed at least a dozen ants on the table and bed. The rug, even though dark, was obviously dirty. One arm on the chair was loose. Very strong smell of perfume air freshener, everywhere, too much. Good thing the windows opened. Comforter had higher holes in it, missing sections.

The pool.

The room was a king but only had a 32-inch TV. The ac wasn't working properly, had office staff look at it, and still didn't cool the room. It was cooler in the hallway. No coffee maker, ice bucket, or cups available. The ice machine was broken on the 3rd floor. The hot tub was 88⁰ with no working jets.

Hot tub had something floating in it, jets didnt work, when house keeping came in they didnt sweep, or mop, or change the bedding. The only thing they did was take out the trash. The ice machine an coke machine where broken. The breakfast area was amazing. Front staff where very kind. An the breakfast workers where also. I would give it over all a 6/10 rating.

It started with waiting almost 10 minutes at front counter w for someone to check me in. The gentleman checking me in was wearing a plain t-shirt not a shirt with hotel name on it. I had no idea if he worked there or not. He was a nice guy but struck me as very odd. Even at Walmart and Target - you can tell who the employees are. The toilet did not function correctly. (which requires no further explanation) No cold water from bathroom sink. The ac unit mounted to outside had some sort of bird or squirrel stuck inside, because something was constantly "flapping" (I was afraid to open closet door because I though a bird was inside the room) the noise was that loud) The TV did not work in the room. I spoke to someone to come to the room. I was told they were on the way, and they never showed up. I asked the next morning for a different room. The new room had a functioning toilet and TV, but once again NO running cold water. I had to brush my teeth with hot water for 2 days. I couldn't even get a drink of water from bathroom sink because of no cold water.

The property is going through a renovation process and the 1st and 3rd floors are complete. I have not stayed on the 2nd so can't comment on its condition. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Room was very nice and obviously great condition. Property is on the edge of town so very quiet.
