Outdated and needs an upgrade.

One girl working at the front desk - wrote down on a napkin what we took from the grab and go - no idea if it was accurate because I got billed $50 without a breakdown. I called downstairs for towels (there were none in the room when we arrived) and was told they don’t have anyone to bring them up so I could come down and get them. Asked if they had on-site laundry and was told that the dryer went on fire the night before and they had no additional services to offer. It was just a poor experience overall. For $150 a night, I would expect there to be towels in the room or available. After going downstairs to get towels, I was told they didn’t have any. How does a hotel operate without towels. I’d like someone to reach out to me. I would have stayed elsewhere if I was informed that there was no towels, service, or laundry. I’d also like a breakdown of my bill since I was charged $50 for a mini pizza, toothpaste, and laundry detergent.

Quiet and clean room

The hallways and elevator were dirty. Looks like no one has vacuum or mopped or wipe down walls. Only the common areas were not clean. Maybe it was too early and they may not have gotten to it yet.

No breakfast provided. On a dead end road. Located within a couple of minutes of major highway and shopping. The staff were polite.

The entrance was difficult to enter especially for handicapped patrons. There wasn’t a typical front lobby and so patrons were quite congested. I had to ask for sheets for the additional bed. Carpets and floors needed cleaning. There several cut holes in the ceilings. Not sure why.

The AC was too loud and it woke me up at night
