Though the receptionist was polite, that is the only nice thing about our visit. Our first room was damp and the toilet the broken. The super said it was normal to have newspaper stuffed in the tank and the water to spray from the valve. We also woke with bug bites. The second rooms air conditioner only blew hot air and though the fixed it, our last day packing down all the belongings the only elevator was broken…we were on the third floor. Never again.

The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to accommodate my request for a room near an exit to facilitate our bringing our dog in and out. The facility is older. Cleaning especially of stairwells is poor. There were cigarette butts that were never swept. Behind the building people have thrown trash down an embankment and it is all about the grass areas. The room itself was clean, good size. There were absolutely no amenities that you’d expect for and extended stay suite like facility. No coffee maker, cups, mugs, utensils, coffee. I returned to the desk and was shown a table card that the clerk pulled from behind her desk that was entitled “complimentary items”. Apparently you must request them. I got a coffee maker, coffee, mugs and coffee. They have no milk or cream. Only non-dairy sweetened creamer. Breakfast is horrible. Self-retrieved from a tiny room near the check-in desk. Cold package muffins. We passed on that. The bed was ok. Not the most comfortable. People were smoking standing on the landing to the entrance doors. I reported it to the clerk as there is a designated smoking area. Didn’t seem to yield any change and the landing was littered with cigarette butts and the entrance to the stairwell constantly smelled of cigarette smoke. If I’m ever in the area and can’t find anyplace else I guess I would stay here. Note there is another building at 201 just in front of 205 (where we stayed). Same company etc. Much newer and nicer.

I was overcharged for the property. I had seen a quote for $95 per night but I just realize that I was not charged that amount. When I came to the location and stop at 201 Professional Drive the staff on the phone asked me whether it was 201 or 205. When I look at the text message I saw 205. When I got to 205 the front desk could not find my reservation. He had to look on my phone and called Travelocity. Not sure what transpired. He asked me what room I was renting I said bed with a pull out sofa or if you have two beds. When I got to the room I was so disappointed it was not what I had seen on the web. It came to me that there must have been a missed up with the location that was the reason he could not find the reservation. I also noted that the front desk area was shabby not how it looked on the Web. Please refund me a part of the money paid because it is not what I had requested. Thank you.

the only good thing about this reservation was the price. Not clean, and the breakfast was a coffee with a granola bars. For me it was a last minute reservation as I was driving back from the South to the North. Would I reserve again? answer is NO

Services is not friendly at all , room smell , no convince outlets near to bed . lobo area is no clean .

I enjoy staying at the Extended Stay America because it gives you the convenience of apartment living without having to pay for extra amenities The hotel is clean and the Staff keep the room safe and comfortable . I enjoy staying here temporarily .

You have the convenience of apartment living but you don't have apartment living. You get coffee in the morning and the crew is more than willing to do that which is within ordered. I recommend that if you need a temporary place to stay Extended Stay America is the place.

I went to grab coffee at 9.50 (breakfast was supposed to be until 10) and there wasnt any there.

I enjoy the convenience of the hotel . I can walk to my job and I can cook in my room. The staff is so kind and caring from the front desk to the housekeeping staff.
