The property's reception opening hours are from 09:00 to 22:00 on weekdays from Monday to Friday, and from 10:00 to 22:00 on weekends, Saturday and Sunday. This property does not operate a 24‑hour front desk. Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of USD 25 for the first 6 nights, and USD 15 per day thereafter. A surcharge of USD 50 per person, per day applies for each additional guest you wish to add to your booking. Security Deposit - A refundable security deposit is required at the time of check-in. For stays of up to 7 days, a deposit of USD 50 will be collected, while stays exceeding 7 days will require a deposit of USD 100. The full deposit amount will be refunded upon checkout. A utility fee of USD 2 per room, per day is applicable and will be charged during the stay. Any damage to linens (including pillows, bedsheets, duvets, or towels) caused by guests will incur a charge ranging from USD 15 to USD 40, depending on the item.
