This property couldve been decent but between traveling through construction and mildew smell on first floor to not having a working shower and only option was to shower in a room on the first floor (that was closed for construction) and travel back up to the 4th floor was not convenient. Wasnt offered anything but a free stay withing two days not to include mu reservations i already had. The lack of compensation for such an inconvenience is why i wont stay again. The young man that works the front desk was amazing. The night manager attitude was take it or leave it.

I reported to management the latch on my dishwasher stopped working. When the maintenance staff addressed the issue, he told the hotel manager, “they broke it,” which was unprofessional, unfounded, and accusatory. During my direct conversation with him, he engaged in an unproductive back and forth, implying that ‘whomever is staying in this room’ had caused intentional damage, with no acknowledgment of NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR. You would have thought its more than the three individuals in my room, one being a child…with hammers and sledges banging on the tiny latch causing its ultimate annihilation. When I mentioned the possibility of a warranty, his dismissive response ,“Well, who’s supposed to pay for that?” Seriously? How can a ‘Maintenance Mgr’ lack understanding of basic customer service principles? A warranty is already purchased or included; any reputable service provider would handle a malfunction without making assumptions. I’m not sure why he not chose to. To make matters worse, the replacement dishwasher he hurriedly installed, was an older model and left exposed at the bottom; which is how he left it prior to leaving my room. I immediately took a picture and contacted the front desk before another biased claim of ‘breaking it’ a mere 30 seconds after his departure. See photo. (That white water line was already there; not cleaned prior to…unsanitary.) Most importantly, I perceived a clear bias in how I was treated. Many guests come through this hotel, but I felt singled out and not afforded the same respect as other paying guests. Regardless of shared or differing racial backgrounds, I strongly believe his behavior would have differed if I were of another race. His behavior demonstrated a lack of professionalism and cultural awareness that should not occur IN ANY guest interaction. Management, it would be wise to not respond with a calculated, tone deaf, AI BOT reviewed statement per usual.

Great stay but no cutlery or anything in the kitchen area

Very friendly staff nice and clean and quiet

I had ask the cleaning lady for clean towels and shower gel which she didn't return with themselves

Shuttle only works at 7.00 am is late for travelers who fly earlier

Clean and comfortable...the kitchen always a plus
