The ac never cooled the room I was there a week I had to find someone to get a new set of towels No one ever at front desk

Cats stationed in front of the entrance. No toilet paper

My check in was awesome and overall the room was nice, but the smell of smoke and broken a/c and things that needed updated or fixed brings this place down.

Place is a dump and should be torn down. It’s the nastiest place if been in in a while

Dee at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. The room is cozy and has dishes and everything we need, really. We are currently between places, so I appreciate the value.

There isn't anything I didn't like. The hair dryer did not work. But I didn't ask for a new one yet. So far, pretty comfortable.

I liked that our room had a kitchen and full size fridge. The side door didnt lock, the elevator wasnt working and the hallways and stairways needed to be vacuumed. Also the sheets and blankets on our bed had other ppls hair all in it. The bed was old but surprisingly we slept ok on it. For the price to just crash after a concert, it was ok.

Tried to modify a two week booking by shortening it by a couple days. Ignored our calls and messages and ultimately refused our request. They’ll never get another dime of my money. Very unprofessional and don’t care about customer service. The facility is absolutely disgusting and the cheap beds are awful to sleep on.

The hotel needs updating. The table in the room was duct-taped to the wall; the chair in the living room had its leg fall off when we tried to move it to the duct-taped table so all 3 of us could sit there. The bed was uncomfortable. We didn’t have enough bedding for the fold out couch or enough towels when we checked in, even though our reservation was for 3 people. Kevin at the front desk was awesome and took care of our issues quickly, but it seemed like he was about the only one working, so he was spread thin. Stairwells STANK badly and definitely needed a carpet cleaning.

Sweet baby jesus! Do not book this hotel!! It was disgusting. The fact that extended stay hotels on on this app is bananas. Stained carpets, eleavtor broken so lets book you on the 3rd floor. And 2 cats that just hang out at the door. Like super gross! Thankfully we got our money back and left as soon as we seen our room.
