The room was clean

The room was out dated. I stayed 2 days and we was told we would be charged for towels. The hallway stank. They just need to upgrade everything and the night staff needs to be available during night check in no one should be standing in the door way at night waiting on some who to check them in

I have been a regular visitor to this location and have a favorable opinion. Clean room and common areas and a friendly staff, Steve in particular, make my frequent stays pleasant and a good value. Will continue to be a regular guest at this facility.

No one was at the front desk when I arrived (10pm). Directions were unclear to make a phone call within the vestibule of the entrance. Entire building smelled like a nursing home. Beds felt like Styrofoam. Only three pillows. Whole place looked and felt haunted.

The staff were amazing they really worked with me to make my stay very pleasing made my choice of hotels across the states very easy

there were holes in the walls and in the doors the hallways smelled like cigarettes also when i called the front desk they were rude. i asked if they ha plastic ware they said no and i should have got some before i came in the room... also my room was dirty ... it was trash all the floor there was hair all over the toilet and the bathroom sink and tub... i will never pick the hotel again..
