The staff in the office is amazing. They handled every issue that I had with wisdom and grace - from not being able to find my driver's license when checking in at 4:00 a.m. due to a late connecting flight, to scanning and emailing sensitive items for me. They deserve a raise.

Convenient location, good value, comfortable accommodations.

They don't give you enough towels for a room with 4 people. Could use some updating.

Everything was clean & quiet

Room was good size and did have some appliances, but they were older and not sure if they even worked. The ac in the room was not working. Bathroom snd shower were fine. Tv channels were good.

Conveniently located, easy check in and check out.

Friendly atmosphere, quiet, clean, easy to do anything, my favorite thing is that they have a snack food area.

Had stayed at one of these hotels in Southfield Mi a few weeks ago and it was terrible, too many bad things to even write about so I was leery about coming to this hotel because of my bad experience previously at their sister hotel, but I read the reviews and they were very good so I figured I’d give them a try and boy was I impressed and excited about the difference in hotels, the stay here was wonderful, rooms were clean and quiet and the staff was wonderful, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!
