Renovated, nice rooms comfortable bed! Working kitchen, everything new

The only thing is a bit stuffy when coming inside, air felt stuffy, hopefully easy to fix, otherwise I was very impressed definitely will stay again

I liked that I was given a surprise upgrade and the room was beyond my expectations

I didn't like that I needed to check in early to get dressed and was told no. I arrived about 2:30pm. I had to dress in a nearby McDonald's bathroom. So embarrassing. I also had to sit in that lobby until 3:50pm no other guest there. I only stayed 3hours because I had to leave on a family car accident death. I did pay extra for this and I don't know who to submit my room difference to.

there was a difficult time to get hot water in the shower at 7 AM, I understand being on the third floor in the last one down the line it’s gonna take some time but water ran for a half hour and still no hot water. That would be the only complaint I have.
