ZAThe location, very convenient close to a few beaches and shopping mall. The manager Charmaine, no words to describe her hospitality. So professional and welcoming from the very first day we started communicating, what a warm welcome we got when we arrived, she was always available when we needed her even as a tour guide as she would give recommendations on places to visit, directions and no entry areas.
I think they could do better on kitchen utensils, especially the pots. My wife loves cooking and there were times where we just felt like having home cooked meals but she just lost interest, simply even burned popcorn. Maybe also get stronger room fresheners as the house would get stuffy in the evenings the moment we closed the doors and had to open the windows immediately when waking up in the morning. It smelt like old cigarette smoke.
