What a wonderful staff super friendly patient with our son who has special needs just an overall great experience

Old, worn out facility

The location was easy to get on/off major highway and was located to local shopping and eating. Location was about 10-15 minutes to downtown or touristy areas. Room was very clean, shower hot, and the staff was one of the nicest we have experienced. Great breakfast selections and free water - which helped during the 90 degree heat we experienced. Uber ride to downtown was $20 or less each time.

There wasn't much I didn't like. The hotel looked like it had recently been renovated so there were a few "aesthetic" things that were obvious. The parking lot was a bit smaller and right next to some industrial buildings - but it didn't seem to cause any issues.

The rooms could use some carpet cleaning and work on the light fixtures.

There was a mushroom growing in one of the showers and there was a very damp smell.

The staff was very Friendly. nice room and the breakfast was amazing.

The hotel was off a beaten path a little hard to find unless you got a gps.

The whole hotel and room were very clean, and the staff was so friendly and polite. The breakfast was delicious! We enjoyed our stay in Kansas City.

I wish I could have used streaming services on the television, and I know we stayed during a busy weekend but the parking is limited and couldn't accommodate all guests.

Very quick and easy check in/out. Friendly service. Clean room. Great continental breakfast. Area is pretty quiet and there's a decent amount of food options close by!
