Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites North Kansas City by IHG

The good: Very comfortable and quiet. Staff were great! Special shout out to Ray for being exceptionally accommodating! The bad: grout was dirty, window shades were broken, and the tv didn’t work.

Changed a reservation to here after I read some reviews from across the highway. Active railway that never sleeps. This hotel was right off the highway and has great side street access to the downtown area as well as all the renovations of NKC. Staff was very nice and helpful throughout our stay, pool was small but clean and maintained. Daughter thought the elevator was scary but overall the hotel was nice. We had the king suite with pull out couch, lots of space and oh so comfortable. Very nice shower head, lots of wot water. I’d totally stay here again.

Breakfast lady’s the service 💯 % perfect… house keeper poor we stay 4 days and they clean our room just 1 time

The inside was Not to bad . Our room was fresh and clean. There was no hot tub as we were told on reservations. The area it self was questionable as there things seen that was not cool to see. But for our overnight it worked out well… Breakfast on point with enough options.

It was excellent

The pool was clean but very cold.

Clean rooms, Good service, and kind people.
