My kids enjoyed the pool

I am absolutely floored by the positive reviews of this hotel. It is awful. Literally nothing works - tv gets a weird pop up every 10 seconds, microwave door barely opens/closes, ironing board broken, carpet ripped up, the list goes on. And the room is grimy and dirty and disgusting. There was multiple hairs all over the bathroom, numerous globs of what appears to be snot and/or blood on the walls, mold in the tub, crumbs and sticky substances in drawers, and refrigerator, and layers upon layers of dust and grime on all the furniture and in the corners and carpet edges. Not to mention the fact that it seems like this property is operated exclusively by 12 year olds? I didn’t expect 5 star services but I at least need a clean and functional place to stay.
