No working ice machines No pool No water pressure in shower Smoking on floors, smelled bad in room Fire detector chirping until they changed batteries

The rooms were clean. Bed was comfortable. There was a lot to choose from the Breakfast buffet

Nothing except the size of the room.the room was beautiful, but the tub and toilet were too low, and the curtains wouldn't stay closed.

They overcharged my card over 500.00 dollars, even though I paid in cash. I booked the room for 2 nights and only stayed 1. My card was then frozen due to a fraud alert. It left us with no money for the rest of the trip. A refund was offered, but they said I would have to use it to stay another night. We left and took the refund instead of staying there hours away from home with no money. We used the refund for gas to get home.

Very clean and staff has great customers service skills everyone was so nice

We had issues with our toilet no flushing but they fixed it in about 10 minutes

Location is good

Breakfast could serve better quality food Pool been under repair since January Elevator were broken for some time One stay hot water was broken for two days

Even though I didn't get a chance to eat breakfast it smelled so good. The location was two minutes from my job which is close to many food places hospital and shopping center. The bed was comfortable.

The ice machine only worked on the ground floor. Furniture was out of date.
