Very close to the venue we were attending. Allowed us to check in a little early. Breakfast was included.

No complaints

Nice location! Breakfast was good with eggs, waffles, and coffee.

Pool was closed( didn’t know about this before check-in), first floor smelled like sewage, hallways had miscellaneous trash that was not cleaned up.

There were bed bugs present in the sofa pull out bed and they were all very stained. The staff was rude and when I informed management of the condition of my room he promised to refund me for the rest of my visit and he lied, I was charged the full amount

The size of the room was spacious enough for 4 people as it said in the description. The room and bathroom was clean and I loved that the bed linens were all white in colors.

There was a smell in the hallway. It put me in the mind of water on carpet that didn't completely dry and a sour smell has developed over time.

Nothing was good at the stay.

The stay was overpriced. We waited 15 minutes to get helped when checking in because no one was there. It seems there is only ever one person at the desk. That person is also doing multiple things around the hotel so chances are you wont find them at the desk most of the day. The room was not very clean. The sofa bed was rusted and the matress had red and black rust stains on it with no sheets or blanckets. When we notified front desk they came and changed it. But we had already been turned off from the place. The pool was so bad that even my kids didn't want to go swim. The pool room doesn't have ventilation so it is so humid it looks like the air is what you see in a sauna with white vapor everywhere. The pool water also looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while with hair and what looked like oil or something on the surface. The breakfast was so basic, with no cheese, or muffins or cereal. After all the bad experiences with cleanliness we didn't feel very comfortable eating there.
