Comfort Suites Regency Park

Loved all the room in the room. Enough beds for me and my 3 boys and momma.

The pool was out of commission. Was not told a head of time. That was one of the main reasons why I booked here. Would have been nice to have been informed so I could have made other plans.

Breakfast, and close to stores

Very dirty out and inside room found people's belongings left behind. Hallway horrific like mold smell, pool was not open due to maintenance but no sign was up and didn't seem anything wrong with it. Exercise room none of machines worked correctly.

Large there was a recent value

The manager was horrible he was to me anyway he was condescending they were they were on me every day about paying and I kept extending and kept extending and then finally they wouldn't let me extend because I didn't pay by about two or 3 o'clock something like that but he knew the circumstances was about my credit card I got missing and I had to use a different card and got money on it and he made me leave without any notice the night before he says you're gonna leave and I was there for business I have a set up my satellite set up and so forth anyway it was it was it was ridiculous I did there for 2 1/2 weeks and he was just he was just pissed off because you dropped my money by a certain time every day and check-in is not till 3 o'clock I always paid before then but they really messed me up and I will never stay there again I don't like those people and the manager himself was just a dick excuse my language I've never complained about a hotel ever and I can always say this is arrogant he's disrespectful and he's entitled

Front desk clerk was very helpful. We arrived late afternoon. Front desk clerk on check out day was very understanding of our situtation.

There was no ice, drinks or snack on our floor. We use a lot of ice. A few light bulbs were out in our room. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Front entrance door could use some work.

Price was good for last minute booking. Staff was friendly. Room was decent with clean linen. Location was good.

Only issues were some of the towels didn't look clean enough. Some spots were noticed, but I always bring my own towels. The AC on and off made the room feel stuffy, almost like a mild mildew smell. Wasn't overall terrible as I needed the room last minute
