VNNo breakfast included. I visited on weekdays, not on travel season of the area, so the motel was not very crowded. The staff was very friendly and helpful, even help me cooked my instant noodles.
The motel always open but no one was at the reception, the host rely everything on the camera at the reception, even when I deposit my room key for going outside. Maybe because the neighbours are all friendly and not willing of burglary.
GBGreat location on the coast which, at the season we visited, was very peaceful. Clean tidy room.

GBGBI loved the host and her family, the room was big, bright and clean and the location was great - so close to the beach (a few mins walk) and lots or lovely restaurants along the beach front. I went in off season so some were closed but there was still plenty of choice. Highly recommend, crazy good value for money!

NZNice clean homestay, good value for money, the whole top floor with balcony to yourself which was nice. The room had good AC and nice hot water. Friendly owners. Great location, walk 100m down to the lovely uncrowded Beach and a strip of excellent restaurants where we ate fresh seafood.
The room was not huge and the bed was pretty firm as per all local hotels in Vietnam but we still had a good stay.

DEThe place was clean. The owner was incredibly friendly, she helped us with everything we needed. The beach is in walking distance (100m). We stayed one night on our Hue - Hoi An motorbike Tour.
The matresses were very hard. But that is very common in asia. I, as a european, am simply not used to it and found it a little uncomfortable.
