The staff here are great! The new GM has the best customer service along with the other manager. They are always available at the front desk so no waiting if you are in need of anything. I highly recommend staying at MainStay Suites in Greensboro, NC on Thorndike Rd. The pictures online match exactly how the room looks. You won't be disappointed!

I have NO complaints at all!

The staff, the area of the room and the size of the room.

The fact we had to change rooms due to our sink/disposal not working and then to get to the new room and learn it has roaches was very disturbing. 🫩🥴

"Good stay besides the two minor things that housekeeping need to check more thoroughly in the rooms next time"

The walls in the bathroom was a little dirty could’ve been cleaned better and there was a spot on the floor where crumbs were left

The staff was friendly.

The room smelled of smoke, which I'm allergic to so difficult to breathe. The windows were left unlocked, no screen in one. The coffee pot was missing. There was roaches in the room. The pillows had no support. I've stayed in places that cost half as much and had much better experiences.
