Quality of room, beds very uncomfortable, hard mattress, bugs and spiders in room , spider in the bed,toilet dirty, shower curtain needs replaced

This review is for another date, 10/29/25, where at this time I wasn't too happy with my stay. But I have to give credit where it's due!. Under the pressure of it all, they still manage to go above and beyond for customers like myself. I regret my low score on that stay and wish to correct now. Stacy and crew are amazing. TX u Stacy.
