Smokers don’t always obey the no smoking area in the front after staff have closed the concierge area for the night, but that’s people being people not properties fault.

My room was riddled with cockroaches and it smelled of mold. I was moved another room that also had dead cockroaches in the bathroom. They tried to move me to another room, however it also had dead cockroaches in it. I will never stay there again.
