That I had to wait 30-44 for clean pots and pans and they didn't answer the phone and the staff was rude I want a whole redo to be honest

Just wanted to mention that there have been some issues with people smoking and playing loud music late at night without considering others around. It's been a bit disruptive, so maybe we can all try to be a bit more mindful of our neighbors and respect everyone's need for peace and quiet.

This place was not just disgusting, it was terribly unsafe for my daughter. She pulled into the parking lot, just as a gentleman was using the bathroom beside his car. As she began to check in, and realized that none of the elevators worked, she had to schlep her things up three flights of stairs, while a group of people smoked weed in the parking lot. The room looked like something in a prison cell. Rusted refrigerator, and cigarette burns were all over the laboratory counter. When she checked out the next morning, someone was smoking weed in front of the building, in broad daylight. Thankfully, we were reimbursed for the next four nights, and she went elsewhere.
