"It was hard to find at first, but I ended up liking the tucked away location. Check-in was easy."

I liked the cleanliness, space, and the price. I loved the fact that there was a full kitchen such as a full fridge, microwave, and cook top. The full service laundry room was nice, although I wasn't there long enough to use the services. The location was very close to the stadium for Breezy Bowl and everything else.

I thought that there was a pool, but I was wrong.

Nothing …roaches were in the hallways terrible clean job

Toilet was broken for 24hours and had to leave early because no one would fix it now waiting so i can request a refund

This place was so uninviting. Smelled , as I walked in the room the floor bounced, there was mildew in the shower area between the shower and the floor

I have stayed in Cary a number of times and this was the worst place I have ever stayed. Hotels.com should be embarrassed to even have this place as a listing. We arrived late Thursday night and the went out for the day and came back to a roach in the room. I tried to call the front desk and the phone didn’t work. I called from my cell phone and was hung up three times. I went down and was met with indifference. I I didn’t ask for a refund just asked to be able to leave without penalty and nothing. The room was filthy. Stained bathroom floors that had hair everywhere. Dusty and dirty surfaces, stained bedding Hotels.com staff was also not able to resolve anything! We left the next morning a day early.
