"Very dirty, stains on towels & etc"

The staff was polite

The place was nasty, it was food next to my fridge, roaches in the lights & floor, dishwasher filled with water & mold on dirty dishes and stains on towels / kitchen mit.

"It was okay and there were rude guests being loud all night talking loud and making noises."

It was a decent location and I like that it had a kitchen.

I called and told them that I will be arriving late due to an 8 hour drive and they made me pay again after I already paid through booking.com.

"I didn't stay because of how unclean it looked."

Room was nice size

It didn't look as clean and appliances looked old. The elevator was out of order, also there was no tap for the pay option.
