Days Inn by Wyndham Amherst

The furst room had a broken bed. The next day we needed to wait until 3pm to be able to be moved to a different room. The second room was better in regards to the bed however the room was not cleaned had spider webs and the bathroom was also dirty. The staff was friendly and nice.. should have more staff. I asked for towels and went again to the front desk because waited 5 hours and no towels. My second time towels were delivered quick.

Facility is in need of upgrade. Every thing is "used". Breakfast was minimal.

Room is non smoking but you can smell cigaret and pilow case and blankets have cigarettes whole. Everything is old . Lamps without bulds and light not working on sink

It was a place to sleep but for being a Wyndham Hotel I expected it to be nicer breakfast was cereal and toast and orange juice that taste like it was spoiled not impressed at all

They don’t have respect for people when they say I want to be in a non-smoking room and space. No respect at all the windows aren’t properly clean spiderwebs. You can’t even crack your window open. The bathroom was a little mold.Y

Staff was rude and no service at all people kept coming up to us asking for stuff pool was closed down worse 4 nights ever

Affordable, clean, quiet

We were visiting my Wife's family and just needed a place to stay. It was the least expensive Hotel in the area. It was fine for what we needed.

Sink area was dirty. Extractor in bathroom was not working, window curtains halfway hanging down. Overall, not clean and a bit expensive for the experience

Since we weren't going to spend much time at the Hotel, we got a inexpensive Hotel. It was a basic room, nothing fancy. Does need to be remodeled. Bathroom door frame had lots of chips in it. When we asked at the desk, he said something about having to check on something. It was ok for what we needed.
